The College of light now offers a range of spiritual courses taught in central London. This section is an overview of all the courses available. It is divided into full day, 4-week or 6-week workshops and mini-workshops, usually lasting for 3 hrs or less. New classes are starting frequently throughout the year and begin monthly. Creative Visualisation Meditation
Meditation is the art of relaxing the body to enable us to reach new levels of awareness, peace and gain satisfaction with the situation we have. We gain a greater sense of trust in the direction we are heading and in the universal plan for us in life. These special mind focusing, breathing and chakra wareness excercises are designed for beginners of meditaion to faciltite new feelings and sensations in the body.

Charka Awareness
Meditation
This course will help you identify and heal physical and emotional
issues in your life by releasing blockages in the human energy
system, your chakras. This course teaches you how to meditate
through guided visualisations. You will learn energy preparation,
mind focusing and breathing exercises. We also concentrate
on developing sensitivity to the chakras, releasing blockages
in these centers, and healing through visualisation.

Psychic
Development and Channelling
Psychic development will take you to newer levels of truth
and understanding about yourself. It is the ability to use
your intuition, the ability to know without words, to sense
the truth to guide you and help you navigate your life path.
On this course, you will learn to make the connection with

Usui Reiki Level 1, 2 & 3 Master
Reiki is a natural system of energy healing. It is done by placing the hands on or near the recipient. The practitioner runs Reiki Energy while placing their hands on or over a series of locations on the recipient's body. This energy is the life force that permeates the universe.

Tera Mai Seichim Reiki Level 1, 2 & 3 Master
Tera-Mai Seichim Reiki is derived from reiki, however there are many added symbols. Here the focus is using love energy to facilitate healing. When you allow sekhem energy to flow, it is a gentle pure energy that helps you , the healer, feel compassion.

This course explores how to heal through using energy. Through visualisation or psychic perception, we learn to view and see the layers of the auras, understand their significance, and interprete colours. We also delve into healing the cause of the problem, the emotional or psychological reasons. A basic knowledge of psychic development, healing (such as Reiki) or clarivoyance is required for this course.

This is a course for those who are curious about Auras and would like to open themselves to see this. If you already have had some experiences with seeing Auras, we explore in depth other aspects of the Aura. You will learn to recognise different colours, patterns and shapes of energy surrounding the body. Learn about the seven main layers of the Aura. psychological reasons.
